CEC Eligibility

Language Ability

Meet required language levels (CLB 7 for NOC 0/A, CLB 5 for NOC B) in writing, reading, listening, and speaking for your specific job.

Skilled Experience

At least 1 year of skilled work in Canada (NOC 0, A, or B) in the last 3 years. Must be full-time or equal amount in part-time while under valid status.

NOC Requirements
